My Engagement in the Community
My passion for knowledge sharing and networking drives my active participation in community events, which can be broadly categorized into three types:
Initiator of Events
A notable example is the Coding Dojo in Munich, where I have served as a co-moderator for several years. These events provide a platform for collective learning and skill enhancement.
Regular Participation and Contributions
I am a frequent visitor at events such as Scrum tables, Agile Mondays, and similar gatherings, both nationally and internationally. I engage not only as a speaker but also as an enthusiastic participant to stay abreast of the latest developments.
Support and Promotion
In my role as a board member of the Scrum Alliance DACH Chapter, I am committed to supporting such events through sponsorships, connecting interested parties, and facilitating speakers. My support has helped several local groups get off the ground
Furthermore, I regularly appear on various podcasts to discuss my experiences and share knowledge. As I’ve learned from Vasco Duarte: “Sharing is caring.” The interaction with others has been a significant learning experience for me, and passing on this knowledge is a crucial motivation behind my activities.
